Medicine Guaranteed Admissions Program Virtual Info Session and Q&A

Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 6:00 PM until 7:00 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

Thank you for your interest in the School of Medicine Guaranteed Admissions Program (GAP) at the University of Pittsburgh. In order to move your GAP application to the next phase for review, you are required to complete the supplemental School of Medicine Guaranteed Admissions Program Application. This process will be covered during this information session. There will be plenty of time to ask questions during the session.

PLEASE NOTE: Starting August 1, 2025, SAT or ACT scores will be required for the School of Medicine Guaranteed Admissions Program (GAP). If you submitted your application to Pitt as test optional (please revisit your application if you are unsure), you will not be eligible to be reviewed for this guarantee. If you would like to change your test optional response, please select no on this test optional form and have your SAT or ACT exam sent to Pitt ASAP. Completed applications are due no later than November 1 for Medicine GAP review.

The medicine GAP is highly competitive, so we strongly recommend you complete your supplemental application and submit all required materials as soon as possible, but no later than November 1. Any applications or materials received after November 1 will not be accepted for the medicine GAP review.

Students will be notified of their status on or before December 1 via the Pitt Applicant Portal. Detailed information regarding the program and next steps can be found on the supplemental medicine GAP application and our website.
